Sociedad Hispana Doylestown presents this special evening of Spanish language cinema. EVEN THE RAIN is a drama about a director and his crew who are shooting a controversial film in Bolivia about Christopher Columbus, when the local people rise up against plans to privatize the water supply. Starring Gael García Bernal.

We very much look forward to hosting this film, and thank the County Theater for the opportunity to do so.
I will try to come, I am trying to resurrect my Spanish and plan to join the Sociedad, what a treat – thanks!
From the clip it seems like a beautiful film with a strong message.
