LAWRENCE is a sprawling blockbuster of an epic about an adventurer’s life in the Middle East. The film is exciting, spectacularly beautiful and, needless to say, was meant to be seen on the big screen. Peter O’Toole is astonishing — his piercing blue eyes and commanding presence highlight one of the most memorable performances of movie history. They just don’t make them like this anymore!

1962 brought us a moment to remember as “Lawrence of Arabia” lost the Academy Award to “To Kill a Mockingbird”. Such were the days of great cinema. No, they do not make them like that anymore. A must see and Thank you to the County Theater for showing this great classic on the big screen.
I have seen most of the summer movies and really enjoyed them. I will miss this one because I will be traveling. Look forward to next summer. THANKS
