JANE EYRE
Based on the Charlotte Bronte novel, this excellent new film version brings the 19th century romantic drama to life and captures its psychological nuiances and gothic mood. It’s about an orphan who, working as a governess in an isolated mansion for a cold and aloof master, must come to terms with her future and a terrible secret. Mia Wasikowska and Michael Fassbender are superb in the leads. Highly recommended.
